I was nominated by a friend to post seven books (one a day), that I really loved reading, so I thought I would share them here too as I go.

1. Juliet Marillier is my absolute favourite author. And I *LOVE* all her books. The Bridei Chronicles are sooo beautiful, The Blackthorn & Grim Series is so magical, the Sevenwaters Trilogy-turned-Series is brilliant, The Saga of the Light Isles is incredible, as are all of her others. But the first one I ever read was Son of the Shadows, followed by Daughter of the Forest (yep, wrong way round), and they have a special place in my heart…

2. I *LOVE* all of Anne Rice‘s books, especially The Vampire Chronicles and The Lives of the Mayfair Witches, but The Witching Hour just might be my all-time fave novel of hers…

3. This is a bit of a cheat, because one is brand new and I haven’t started reading it yet, but I adore English author Menna van Praag‘s books, so wanted to share the magical Witches of Cambridge, plus the new The Patron Saint of Lost Souls… Can’t wait to get started!

4. Again, I can’t narrow it down, so today, two of my childhood favourites, Searching For Shona by Margaret J Anderson, and Mandy by Julie Edwards…

5, 6 and 7. Coming soon… I’ll update this over the next week.

If you want to take part too, this was my post, so feel free to adapt and share…
